Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

I’m an experienced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with a background in elite professional football, having worked with Luton Town Football Club from academy level through to the first team across the Premier League, Championship and League One. Before working in elite sport, I gained valuable experience in NHS outpatient physiotherapy, specialising in rehabilitation.

I work with people of all ages and abilities, helping patients recover from injury, manage pain, regain strength and confidence, and return to the activities that matter to them — whether that’s sport, exercise, work or everyday life.

My clinical interests include musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and return to sport and exercise. I use an evidence-based, individualised approach, combining a thorough assessment, clinical reasoning and objective testing to understand your specific needs and create a clear, practical rehabilitation plan.

My experience in elite sport has given me extensive exposure to a wide range of acute and complex injuries and the different stages of rehabilitation. I also have a strong interest in strength and performance, using objective measures to track progress and help patients understand their recovery.

Most importantly, I want you to understand what is causing your symptoms, what you can do to improve them, and how we can work together to get you back to doing the things you enjoy. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, preparing to return to sport, or simply looking to move and feel better, I’ll provide a personalised approach tailored to you.
